That is me done for today. I've gone through and highlight edited 5 chapters today. 5! I've only got 6 more to go! :D Should be finished with highlight edits this week. Then on to the next stage - figuring out the new time line of events.
Then I can get writing it! I like making progress. Now, I'm off to go feed my Muse with lots of books!

Oohmigoodness, I'm about to embark on something similar, I think. Only, I use a notebook and pen. Best of luck!
A chapter takes about an hour to highlight edit. I can't use pen/paper, so this is the next best thing! It is fun though :) This bit is easier then figuring out timeline of new subplot...
