Chapter 2 progress report 1.

:D *beams at computer*

New net schedule worked. I've come home from work, eaten lunch, and have just spent best part of an hour working on II.

I've made a 362 word dent into chapter 2. I'm trying to keep up the new style of writing. I'm relatively happy with what I've got down so far. Even if I did have to grumble at a writer friend how slow it was going.

Not a bad word count for today. I think I'll try and make mini goals of 300 words a day. Novels are written a sentence at a time. Maybe in a few weeks I'll get faster!

That's me done for the day - next up, reading! Want to try and finish The Sweet Far Thing before I take it back to the library on Sunday (As entertaining as I find my large £10+ fines, I'd rather not get one).

Yay for progress! Keep it coming. It'll get easier (and faster) with time. :D

Congratulations!! 300 words a day is nothing to sneeze at. Nor are 10 pound fines. (Funny, I don't have a pound sign on my keyboard. I bet you don't have a dollar sign either!)

Happy reading and have a good weekend!
