After my review, I felt up to writing. So I edited chapter one of Imperial Intrigue. It is sent off to an alpha reader who happily reads chapter by chapter.
*dances some more*
Very happy! It felt great. My Muse is content. I am happy. May I get to write some more tomorrow...

It's annoying having a certain curve ball thrown at me daily, but if I can write every couple of days and sometimes take days off, that's the way to get a book written, and an agent hooked :) I'm sure most writers don't work 24/7, and some will still have day jobs.
I'll let you know what the alpha reader thinks.

You're right--most writers don't write 24/7. Or even 1/7. I can't write every day; I have to be inspired.
