Sleep is good!

Sleep is really good...when it's restful sleep and you don't keep waking up after midnight. I'm hoping that I'll get so tired taht I will be able to sleep straight the night at some point.

I'm fortunate that I have the flexibility to get up a little bit later for work, and hopefully might be able to change medication at the beginning of August (only my night medication for sleeping, not pain medication which is being looked at the end of September).

I've come home, wanting to edit/write. But I've reached my laptop and my body is displaying signs it doesn't want to be on a computer at the moment. So I'm going to sign off, enjoy my chocolate milk with a good book!
